أهلاً وسهلاً بك في Vortex Store! رضاك عندنا أولوية، ولو ما عجبك المنتج أو صار فيه أي إشكال، إحنا هنا نساعدك.
متى تقدر ترجع المنتج؟
- عندك 7 ايام من تاريخ الاستلام ترجع فيها المنتج
- المنتج لازم يكون بحالته الأصلية، ما استخدم، وفي علبته الأصلية
- لازم يكون معك الفاتورة أو رقم الطلب
إيش اللي ما يُرجع؟
- المنتجات اللي اتفتحت وانكسر السيل عليها
- المنتجات اللي فيها أضرار سببها المشتري
- العروض والتخفيضات الخاصة ما تشملها سياسة الإرجاع
كيف تطلب الإرجاع؟ تواصل معنا على البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب، وأرسل لنا رقم طلبك وسبب الإرجاع، وإحنا نرتب لك كل شي.
الاسترداد المالي: بعد ما نستلم المنتج ونتأكد من حالته، يتم رد المبلغ خلال 5-7 أيام عمل على نفس طريقة الدفع.

When can you return an item?
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
What can't be returned?
- Items with broken seals or that have been opened
- Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
- Sale or promotional items are not eligible for returns
How to request a return: Simply reach out to us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return — we'll take care of the rest.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
